Project Description: The Embassy Suites Hotel required major remodeling. Along with the renovation, a seismic retrofit was performed to bring the building up to the current seismic code requirements in order to lower the cost of insurance.
Solution: FIbrwrap® Construction acted as the General Contractor and provided a design build solution to the owner. The existing finishes were removed and replaced, and new steel columns were installed adjacent to existing steel columns to bring the building up to code.
Summary: Fibrwrap® Construction was able to perform the work without any major disruption to the hotel operations.
